• Application Process:

  • Possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy ​

  • Or possess a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy and a certificate of completion of a PGY-1 residency (If applying to PGY2 Programs)

  • Eligible for New York licensure

  • Be able to reciprocate a current good-standing and active registered pharmacist license from another state.

  • SBH Health System will be participating in the Resident Matching Program and the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS™)

  • **Residents must be licensed to practice pharmacy in New York within 90 days of the start of the residency program**
